This is very useful info, I'm working on a carbureted Toyota 4AF with very similar symptoms. Misfires on cylinder 1 but has 150PSI compression on all 4 cylinders. The diagnosis has led me to a new cap/rotor and then praying it works lol
Im having the same issue on same engine. I dont have these tools but i imagine seeing the readings and voltage youre getting, i can check it with just a multimeter and see if i get the same voltage?
If you see the same average voltage, it will be an indication that the wire is more likely ok. To verify it is not a high resistance in the wire you could bypass the wire.
My D21 has a missed fire once per second At 2000 RPM Just like clockwork Everything is new even the injectors we're replaced as a complete set dont Know what the problem is
Thank you, for taking the time to make these videos.

Excellent job... u r awesome sir…@ForkliftGeek
Had the same issue last month on 3 different k21's. All cylinder number 1 ecm driver shorted
Thank you, the technical detective :) good work, I learned something too.
Hello from Ukraine. You can try to replace the transistor. It will be cheaper for the customer.
thanks! great diag!
Another excellent video! Thanks.
nice work man.
Great advice keep it coming 👌
So did you also have a bad coil, since there was no spark when you switched it originally with another cylinder? Thanks for the video
Sorry to mislead. What I meant to say was I swapped a good coil into cylinder 1 and there was still no spark on cylinder 1 even with a good coil.
@@forkliftgeek10 Thank you for the clarification.
Very informative
Hi bro i am From Bangladesh. Well see your all video. You can tell me. which diagnoses tools do you use. Name plc

Might be a valve seating issue
So code 678ph & code 17859 -
Hey what kind of set up is that
Its a pico oscilloscope
@@forkliftgeek10 OK thanks I’m going to look it up
