I see that girl in the pink shirt and black skirt and I see her and I just think... Tracy Turnblad. I'd fly to New York to see her perform Tracy on broadway. And I'm from the Netherlands. I just love her Dancing and acting. And her energy OMGGG!!
I think I may prefer the broadway version ending with the Someone gets hurt reprise, simply because it sets the more negative tone of Act two. It’s gorgeous though, everyone was so good!
About the end of Fearless being changed in this version for the tour cast: First off, I want to say I do love Regina’s part at the end of this song. The vocals are killer and it’s incredible. BUT, I have to give this new version some credit as I feel like it molds with the plot line better. In the old version, they’re all celebrating because Regina is out and they don’t have to worry about her being the “queen bee” of the school anymore. Then Regina walks in, the celebration quickly dies out, and she continues to call all of them immature and remind Cady with her song that it’s all fun until someone gets hurt. This keeps Regina on your mind, thinking she’s possibly going to do something or that this was her trying to protect herself at this time where she’s vulnerable by making a threat. In this new version, they’re still celebrating all the same, but this time they ignore Regina and continue celebrating. When Regina walks in she clearly still thinks everyone is immature (lmao stating the obvious) but she’s only coming back into the lunchroom to get her kalteen bars (rather than begin making any comments or jabs because she thinks they’re all being immature and she ignores them). This helps subtly remind you that she still hasn’t found out how the kalteen bars work yet. Plus, some of the audience likely won’t even notice her walking through (remember, not everyone is a theater kid that knows every star, their role, and where to try to look for them lol). This puts Regina completely under the radar leading up to World Burn. So now, further along in the musical when she finds out the kalteen bars’s true function, the audience will likely see it as just a humor point and possibly a way of dismissing the character (Regina) more, rather than an important plot point. A few scenes later, World Burn will start and will have a much more astonishing effect because it’s likely a lot less people were expecting it. ...If any of you actually read all of this comment, thank you! Secondly, I don’t know how you have that attention span. 😂😂

Thatonetheaterkid they aren’t :( it’s cut and they are doing a mash up of Fearless and Justice from the DC previews. If you can’t tell then watch Mariah with the Kalteen Bars, she walks off with them and doesn’t come back. Whereas in the broadway version Taylor leaves the Kalteen bars and comes back for them cutting off Fearless. Once her reprise is over they end fearless with the new Plastics looking like justice was served, but that’s not the case here
