Hi Doctor, I was suffering from fistula 2 cm away from anal verge. just got my fistulectomy done on 26/07 evening. I was discharged same night. Doctor has not asked to do the dressing daily. I met mu doctor again on 29/07 and he says it is healing well and I can see him again after 7 days. I am taking sitz bath 2 times a days and applying ointment 2 times a day. Hi Doctor,
I was suffering from fistula 2 cm away from anal verge.
just got my fistulectomy done on 26/07 evening.
I was discharged same night. Doctor has not asked to do the dressing daily.
I met mu doctor again on 29/07 and he says it is healing well and I can see him again after 7 days.
I am taking sitz bath 2 times a days and applying ointment 2 times a day.
My questions are:
The pain is not reducing. What to do.
Open wound will affect the healing?
Bleeding is still there. How many more days the bleeding will continue?
Anal ring was cut ?? If not then bleeding is not expected
I am also facing the same issue.. I did the operation on 24/07/2023. For me pain reduced but sometimes I could see blood in stool. Can you please tell me for you also blood is coming ?

Consume pudina/ consume daily pudina chatni . Eat jwari chapati, this will help you to clear your stomach. Eat maximum salad/ cucumber. And remove your toxins by going for a walk or run.

Are gyms or heavy exercise avoided after fistula surgery?
Yes. Take Dr. advice when to continue.
No lifting of weight more than 5kgs for 3weeks. Walking can be started after 3rd/4th week. Stair climbing slowly is okay after 1st week. Avoid nonveg atleast for first 20-25days.then along with fibre, one can have nonveg in limited quantities. But not to get constipated by having more protein. Avoid eggs as much as possible. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits especially vitamin C.
Post surgery u have to avoid exercise & intercourse minimum for year, as per ayurvedha. Please get suggestions by a doctor.

Sir, maine laser surgery karvai thi 20th July, 2024 ke din, leking aaj bhuh muje dard rehta he me thik se baith nahi pa raha aur na hi scooter chala sakta hu.
