- The Microsoft Flight Simulator World Update 8 releases on March 24th 2022 includes major scenary update around the Iberia Peninsular. New Photogrammetry Cities includes Lisbon, Barreiro, Malaga, Bilbao, Cascais, Coimbra and various hand crafted Points of Interest.

The photogrammetry introduced for Lisbon here (along with sporadic new hand-crafted POI's) makes a big difference compared to only individual hand-crafted POI's introduced into Barcelona's already present photogrammetry. Not a surprise of course but it does highlight the role photogrammetry plays in all this. Cheers!
looks so realistic was vacationing there last week and saw several places that I visited like my hotel in downtown, the subway station outside my hotel, time out market, belem tower and monestary, etc.
Hi at 8:11 when you say Duarte Pacheco Shopping district, that 2 towers bellongs to Amoreiras Shopping center, Duarte Pacheco is the name of that street.
The newer stuff is far better up close, but when far up in the sky, I like the old color more.
The update on Lisbon is much better than the update on Barcelona. Thank you for the introduction. However, how do you have both planes flying exactly the same way at both version?

I'd love to play in this new update, but there's some bug that causes my connection to die whenever i try and update
I'm getting more and more specific with what i don't like in these updates, which shows radical improvement
whereas i wasn't so fond of roads, trees, and saturation when new photogrammetry got introduced, i now dislike the cranes in the docks.
Someone should make a mod of that.
