Thank you so much, I love every corner of your classroom. That was fantastic, I am new to Preschool this year and I really needed that tour. Very specific, lots of visuals and labels. You have a kind heart by sharing your amazing ideas. Blessings!
Hi, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all this!! I just found out yesterday that I'll be moving from Kindergarten to Pre-K...too excited!!!! Thank you for sharing your journey and ideas...very helpful!
I just discovered your videos and honestly I could have used your helpful tips 2 yrs ago when I first began my teaching career in pre k at a head start , thank you for your vlogs I see what works and doesn’t work and will be better organized in the future!!!!
I can't wait to be a preschool teacher I love learn different things. One day I will reach my goals. I love your videos so much. I try so hard to find good preschool videos and I find yours and loved it!! ❤ keep up the good work you are changing the world! ❤
I really like your classroom setting great job, did you provide all those materials ? Wow!, lots of colorful boxes containers , and everything, I'm a teacher in samoa in the pacific , we cant have those materials but you are so blessed you have everything , I wish I have those , l am so blessed to watch your beautiful classroom , love you dear , A BIG WISH ......🥰🥰
Hi! I love your classroom! I’m a first-year teacher and getting ready to set up my classroom. Where did you get the clear bins for the fine motor manipulatives?
Weird and random question- at 5:49 you're in the blocks area- did you just take photos of buildings the children created or did you find them somewhere? Thanks PS yes I realize this is an older video, I watched all of the current ones lol
Hello! First time watching you video and I love everything you have and how everything is set up in your classroom. I personally loved the center rotation with the kids pictures in a clip.
It’s very cool that you have a washer and dryer in you classroom closet and a stove for cooking activities. The last tub of toys you pulled are called Bristle Blocks. Your classroom looks amazing!
Hi! I’m loving all your pre-K videos! I was wondering did you make your visual schedule cards yourself or did you get them off TPT? Could you let me know the seller if you bought them. I love them!
I made it but with a program called lessonpix. Our district buys a license for all PreK teachers because it provides a visual for SO MUCH! I don't think the program is very expensive though!
I am a Pre-K teacher too. I was looking for ideas for classroom setup ideas for this coming fall. I would love for you to do a tutorial on how you made the little people center movers. I love the classroom agreement too. Did you make that if not where did you get it?
I did make it but I used another teachers classroom decoration kit and then added the text to it :) I think I linked it in one of my set-up videos. Let me know if you can't find it.
@@Kristen_Lankford hi, I’ve been looking at previous videos to find the centre rotation resource you used with the clips and I wasn’t able to find it. Can you share the link please🥺
Your classroom looks great! I wrote down a few ideas to try in my classroom this year. Thanks! I'm switching from 3&4 yr old preschool up to 4&5s Pre-K this year ☺️ l noticed you have a lot more toys and manipulatives on the shelves than what I usually was putting for the 3s. Did you find that children were jumping from one activity to another quickly with so many options? I'm just curious! Thanks 😊
Well you know exactly how the beginning of the year is! They want to bounce around but we only open a few items at a time and build from there. In the morning they choose one morning tub and use it until breakfast. During choice centers last year we had to make things more scheduled and not so much sharing.
@@Kristen_Lankford Oh I see. Makes sense! Yeah we couldn't have kids share materials for most of the year last year, so each child had their own bin to put their stuff in. Wasn't always the most efficient but we made it work. 🙂
Hi my son is in TK. There are 24 students in the class. I like to donate items that i see on clearance occasionally. Do TK teachers assign a box of crayons for each student? I found a good quality crayons on sale but does not know how much to get. Is a set of 10 crayons preferred? Thanks
Word Work center is usually a phonemic awareness skill or concepts of print skill such as syllables, rhyming, blending and segmenting. These are all readiness skills for reading!

Hi! Your classroom is awesome! As a Prek teacher myself, one thing I will say is that I didn't spot enough multicultural posters(there was a lot of white/blue eyes like Bob and the eye poster, etc). Reminder that this is proven to negatively affect your non-white children. And it confuses white children who never get to see non-white imagery. Just thought I'd let you know.
@@Kristen_Lankford no problem! If you need help with it, let me know! It took a while and some finagling on Google and Clipart to make it work. Lol (I'm glad I didn't come off as a troll!) Lol
@@zarlashz6971 so you can look at Lakeshore for posters that are multicultural such as feelings, community jobs, 5 senses, etc. If you just want to look and print from Google, then usually searching "diversity" "multicultural" or black, Asians or latino kids should help with finding the best pictures. I hope that helps. I'm sure there are more places to look also.
@@beba891 You do realize not all school have a ton of nonwhite kids that attend there. I was a teacher for 4 years and taught 1 nonwhite kid my whole time due to I live in a very much majority white community.
I actually used someone else's product and then inserted the numbers on Powerpoint. I can't sell that on my store because the original file is not mine. I'm sorry!!

Not exactly the same, but I’ve seen very similar ones at ikea or even target & dollar store
Those bins came with that furniture...I wish I could buy more so they all match! Maybe I should research that!
This is going to be my first year for Pre k teaching I am still need to learning

Hi! Quick question. How often do you rotate small groups? Do you see one group a day or all groups in one day?
I see one group each day :)

Do you think the stove is safe for kids in the classroom
It's on a breaker so it's always off unless we are using it which isn't that often.
