If it turnsva bit bitter what shouldbe done
Hi deae. I always throw it away. I too experienced this.
Once you roast the spices (jeera, cotmir, etc), you need to tell your audience that these have to be ground to a fine paste. It is confusing when you jump to adding the ground masala soon after cooking the prawns.
