I dunno maybe I complain too much, but to me the job looks sloppy in certain places. Some of the tiles are not aligned perfectly, which shows they didn't use tile spacers when they put the tiles down and in many places I see cement over the tiles. It doesn't take much to wipe the cement with a damp cloth, sigh...but then again maybe it's me because I'm a perfectionist. I also didn't like the fact that they left the yard in a mess with rubble everywhere and had the nerve to say the job is finished and that they are not coming back...that alone tells me all I need to know about how they operate...I would not recommend them if I were you...but then again...you maybe letting us know who to avoid...Thanks for sharing Nana...my wife and I will be in Accra very soon...I can't wait!
The camera does not do it justice. Maybe the way I was filming made the tiles look wonky because to me the tiles look perfectly aligned. You are definitely right about the cement and they did wipe all of the excess cement off by the end of the job. I think the rain at the end of the video made the tiles appear different. Yes I completely agree with you about the rubble! I am glad that they came back to clean up when my mum rang them. I understand why you would not want me to recommend them. However, I personally recommend them because it was only two men doing a huge job. They came to work on the compound every single day to complete the job, from sunrise until almost 8pm at night. They were polite and very hardworking. To me, aside from them needing encouragement with the rubble situation, they done an amazing job and I stick by my recommendation! No problem, I am here to document and share every single detail about the renovation with you. Eyy! You and your wife come quick oo! I wish you both a very safe journey here and thank you so much for watching. I honestly appreciate all of your input, you really help put things into perspective for us. These artisans have a problem with doing a perfect job, honestly I am yet to see one that's done a perfect job it's always problems.
