I owned that Ship under its Name Alk from 1986 to 1990 when I sold it to Karl Meyer KG and it was renamed "Martin- M". Before me, the vessel was owned by 1.) Rudolph Behrman and 2.) Friedrich Wolter. It was built to transport wood from Norway, Sweden and Finland to Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and the UK and transport dry cargo goods back. It was a nice little, but save Ship, able to withstand harshest weather and could even brake ice up to 30 cm with its 390 PS 6 cyl MaK engine.

Great wreck video, Alejandro! I wondered at the start of the video if it would be tied to the actual DEMA show - and yes, it was! Looks like a nice easy penetration too.
Great video!
Awesome dive!
Thanks bud!
EXELENTE!!! Felicitaciones! 👏👏👏👏😍😍
gracias!!! 😀😀😀
great video! love the history behind it all
Thanks a lot!! These ones with the history on them take a lot of effort to put together, so thanks a lot for the comments!

Wow! I'd love to make a quick interview and talk about the ship's story first hand a bit more! where are you based sir?

Great video! Like this wreck a lot. Great night dive. Now I need a dpv to enjoy the wreck treck 😁
I love the trek!! without a DPV you can do ~5 wrecks at once... but with a DPV, ALL of them!!! I'm doing a video of the trek itself, coming soon!

Very nice and easy one!!! The chance of doing it as a trek makes it even more appealing!
Amazing
😀😀😀
Did I see split fins on that video?!
Oh oh! You may be true!! How could I missed that!!! Lol. What time?
Several but first one is about 3:50!
@@391wombat lol I see now... all from the same diver...
@@InternationalScubaDiversClub At least it wasn’t a true “tech dive”!
@@391wombat oh no no... this is not tech, so I guess split fins are not thaaaaaaat frowned upon! lol
