Full of emotion, musical brilliance, perfect craftsmanship, wonderful melodies and a live performance not from this world. Their most heavy songs apart from White Sister are still Gypsy Train, How Many Times, Falling in Between & Taint your World… maybe Angel Don't Cry. I wish they would record another hard rock album, but that would require Simon to give his comeback with the band.

I can't imagine that they will do the 45th Anniversary with 2/3 of the band being hired hands... the old crew has to come back, then it's really Toto again.

Yep, total blast. My fave Toto rock track but then can't really compare with Georgie Porgy, Don't Stop Me Now, Jake To The Bone, Party In Simons Pants, all so different and yet all brilliant in their own way. That's why they are the absolute best there is.
Even my best bands "Iron Maiden", " Accept", " Saxon", " hold the line", is on my 10 top for the 🎸...but this 🎵...1000s, better.....thank you... thank you "T O T O" 👍

Simon Phillips is playing of a click, comming from a computer that has overdubs / backing vocals on it, trigged in time. Williams is singing over that, to give a thicker sound, and then yes, there's a bit of autotune going on, but very little. (That is what I hear - I've been running a mix/mastering studio for 20 years). There's nothing wrong with that, as long as : Autotune not overdone, and the overdubs comming from the computer are essential to the song, and could not be re-created else. U2 and Coldplay has been doing this for many years, starting off with samplers that where triggered by midi-notes coming from a sequencer that was the master-clock.
