Computer Says No?

I recently had the misfortune of having to use the online gp booking system, it lead to a catalog of issues with the entire push to everything NHS online, losing the human touch.
This isn't me being a grumpy old get objecting to change, I just disagree with the system, how it's been done and the lack of flexibility.

I'm of the opinion that GPs and any other NHS service should have options to allow contact, there will be many who love this and there will be others like me, what are your thoughts?
