Few things because you aren't that good at this game... remove all that top HUD, the corruption meter, compass, unlocked keycards, and optionally remove those icons around your crosshair. Optionally because it's better with them off since you'll develop internal cues and you can just check the CD at the bottom right. Every other UI element isn't needed. Remove your aim assist and smoothing too, it does more harm than good. And PLEASE SWITCH WEAPONS! This game has no reload, that's why the switching weapons becomes your animation cancel resulting in much faster and higher damage output. And up the difficulty by 1 until you're comfortable with that, this is a game where you're supposed to quite literally suffer and die all the time, that's the only way you'll improve yourself. Ofcourse you could also just be a casual gamer and not care about any of that but even then disabling all that HUD is a good thing to do :) EDIT: One big tip, casual or not, read the information about the enemies in the codex. They have tips and tricks on how to engage certain enemies. I see you wasting so much time and ammo on fodder when all it takes is 1 shotgun shot or precision bolt shot. Keep moving all the time too!
