As a fan of the game, im glad that Spain won. I could watch them play for hours, but get bored after watching england for 5 minutes. Intelligent and full of nous, throughout the entire team. They had to sub arguably their best player but still continued in the same vein.

As a neutral watching this tournament England got to the final on luck. The final was men against boys. Spain wanted to win whereas England didn't want to loose. I watched all the England games. Kane was poor throughtout the whole tournament so was bellingham and saka and foden. These guys score goals every weekend at club level but at national.level they seem to turn into zombies. Spain has shown you don't need big stars to win, you need players who play as one and only have one goal is to go out there win. England team don't play as one but as individuals.

Morata gets the job done. Plus I don't see (currently) a better "big" striker for Spain. Joselu is not young either. I think morata is 31. Oryazabal is actually a winger. And so is ferran. Borja iglesias doesn't play for leverkusen . So they do need a proper replacement of the bench. However for 2026 I think morata is good enough for this team.
Pau Cubarsí is the next big thing as CB, he’ll outperform Le Normand and Laporte. Gavi will also be a plus for this team. As Striker, Samu Omorodion (he plays for Alavés and is the Spain under21 team striker) is the promise.

Real Madrid and Barça are institutes by themselves and the entire make up of la Liga and the philosophy is way better. But with clubs like Aston Villa or West Ham being able to outspend Atletico, its hard to remain competitive in the long term.

I watched all the England games. Kane was poor throughtout the whole tournament so was bellingham and saka and foden. These guys score goals every weekend at club level but at national.level they seem to turn into zombies. Spain has shown you don't need big stars to win, you need players who play as one and only have one goal is to go out there win. England team don't play as one but as individuals.
