Monte has a lot of questions around him, but this is why he drafts older players, because he knows he needs help now, and Carter will need less time to figure things out theoretically. Monte doesn't have the ability to go into the luxury tax i dont think either. So that said, I expect Devin to look like what we've seen from him, his hustle should translate immediately, and it doesnt seem like confidence will be an issue either. Not expecting DC to drop 30, but I think Ham will feel at ease after the first couple games about his fit and his ability to play at a high level
