It says they’re working on their own thing (ROME, rockstar online modding engine) and that they’re potentially testing that for GTA 5 on the pc later this year, with then a very very slim chance they test it for consoles after. This would be a system for gta 6 and only a smaller basic version would be tested in 5. Please just watch the vid before making silly comments
