I have completely cut out soda and extra sugar. I'm starting the carnivore diet in a couple of weeks, and I want to ease into it. So this week, I'm also cutting out grains. Next week, I am cutting out everything else. Even when we don't talk, I still think about the things you say about food, and you have really helped plant the seed to make me want to get my health under control.

How very sweet of your husband! I recommend The Jaroudi Family. She has a RUclips channel and a website. She has tons of good recipes and they are free to print off. She does cooking on her channel. She also has a membership group. But, there are tons of free recipes on her website. She is whole food plant based.
