i will share an idea i've just got, have you though to put a barbell pad in the middle to use it as a slide stopper? jajaj. just put the pad that is used to perform squat in the center of the bar, to stop the sliders, i think it's a good idea, what do you think?
That's a great idea! I've been thinking of different ideas to have a stopper and I like that one since most people would already have one. Excellent idea, keep them coming! 😁
@@SelfBuilt My cat ate the receipt. I see what you might be trying to do here, without really saying it. Train differently to wake up the body parts that are getting used to the "same ole" training routine. Since your body is not reacting to the stimulus of your training regimen. What I do: 1) Train that body part in the opposite order than what you're used to doing. 2) All negative work - you'll need patience to move slow on the way down and you need to love pain. Lets face it All Lifters are Pain Freaks or WE wouldn't have muscle : ) 3) Very little to no rest between sets, the only "rest" I give myself is the time it takes to change the weight on the bar or cable machine. Probably less than 25 seconds. > If I'm not sore the next day, I guarantee myself that I will be that next body part. Lets face it, to train is to tear down muscle tissue so it will grow at rest. Going through the "motions" is wasting your time and so you might as well take up bowling or something. (I don't mean you, I'm just saying : )
@@ProflexFitness You got it right on the nose! The body adapts and the stimulus should change to keep it on its toes. I like those methods of changing things up that you shared! Those pesky cats! What are we gonna do about them? 😉
Don't slide into DMs, slide into some TITTY GAINS!
The gain train slide and glide!!!
Always thinking waaaay outside of the box. Right on!
I'm allergic to that cardboard, no boxes for me! 😉 Thank you I'm all ears for any unboxed ideas! 💡
What exercises would you like to see with barbell sliders?

Your shoulders are looking huge! (Chest looking good too dw xD)
Thanks a lot man I appreciate it! I'm just sharing those gain train tickets for everyone to jump on with me! 💪
Yessir! 😁
I tried these barbell sliders benching 315 for 10 but they don't seem to slide at all.
Can I get my money back?
Oh no! For that much weight you need 3 sliders in each hand. Try that and if it doesn't work and you kept your recipe you can get a refund.
