It's the most mellow and reserved out of three, but also the most bittersweet, because the rain brings both comfort and sadness, and leaves us with our own thoughts. While Day 1 & 3 are on dramaticly opposite ends of tone, I think Day 2 is the perfect middle ground, and whatever you make it out to be.
Idk I my favorite is the 3rd day especially in contrast to the other days you can really feel the characters of the game starting to realize that the moon really is gonna fall and those dark things made me love Majora's mask ever since when I was a kid Also I like the creepy vibe of the day 3 version of clocktown's music :) Day 2 does have a very nice rain effect though
Recently discovered your channel, and these ambient pieces have been saving my sanity. At nighttime I light candles and me and my cat wind down by listening to these. I just sat down to try and smash out a big assignment for uni and saw that you uploaded - perfect timing
To think I was a kid playing this on a cartridge in the 2000s technology has definitely changed I wish I was like Link and could go back to my childhood if I die I am going to miss all of this.
Thanks for the upload, It's been rainy all week for me. Romani Ranch is my favorite, so I guess it's kinda comforting to watch it reflect the state of my own world

This is kind of an on/off topic, but it makes me wonder what they changed between Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Reason being is that in Ocarina of Time, when it rains, you don't hear any music, it's usually stopped and then resumes when the rain stops. I wonder if that has anything to do with the expansion pak. Here rain and music can coexist without any sort of issues at all.
Except for a couple cutscenes, it only rains when you play the Song of Storms in Ocarina of Time, so maybe the music stops specifically because of how short/rare the rain comes. Zelda Wiki says it only rains from 7am-12pm on Day 2 in Clock Town, but it clearly rains in Romani Ranch. I wonder if it rains elsewhere. I can't remember.
Would love a redux of the clock sounds but at the slower speed, if you're okay with making it. Love all of your videos, I never realized just how many tiny, bittersweet moments this game had, yet it's been my favorite for years

Lon Lon/Romani Ranch has always been one of my favorite themes in the N64 Zeldas. The theme is practically the embodiment of wherever I want ti be in life. Somewhere peaceful. It can be hard to find themes like this. All that aside, I do have to ask. Does the tree texture in the background usually cut off like that? Cause I never really paid attention to it
Hey, ive just discovered these videos looking for ambience videos to include in a video I was going to make about the enviroment and eeriness of both N64 Zelda games, and im wondering if you could let me use some of your ambience videos for use in my video, ill give credit of course.
I used a cheat for it: 50000902 0000 813FD76E 0000 That gets rid of everything except the clock, and you can make the clock disappear by putting on a transformation mask and standing still. It comes back if you move.
