hoo boy that'd be a doozy since neutral in this game is so different depending on what character you got and what they got. It's a more than a bit more madcap than sf style back and forth. But not a bad idea I will think on if I can put those kinda thoughts into words in a video.
That has to be done in the corner just so you know, done midscreen the hp will never connect. That said the timing is a bit strict! you can practice it by just doing the move raw in teh corner and keeping at it, the timing is the same big combo or no.

His jumping HP was just patched to have a smaller hitbox. Fuck this shit
Its the most ridiculous jumping normal in the game, by a lot. Ultron can hit crossup where very single character would have missed by a mile.
he and rocket are THE MOST annoying characters in this game
