A another person start manufacturing in the name of Bholenath and got registration trade mark. Police raid in my freind factory after complaint from bholrnath Police lodge an FIR against me , seized 13 bags item and wrapper plastic and detains 16 hours in police station. Kindly what he do ?
Can a different person use the same brand name on a different line of products but in the same category..? Example: Brand name: 'Tad' Category:3 Line of Business is Soaps only. So can we apply for the same brand name 'Tad' in the same Category 3 for Detergents and other toiletry products....??? It is not the same right??? Their line of business is already different.
