In this game you need to present your interest with that preserved flower before the blue feather, so as early as the green heart stage. Idk if it's required to see all the heart events before marriage. And as you know: present the blue feather when the heart has become red. But even that won't work unless you have the necessary house upgrades! You'll need 2 house expansions, the entire kitchen set, and all of the furniture leading up to the giant bed. Gray needs a place to sleep, after all! That should be all though!
