You might want to think about getting a 10” sliding table saw, build a BIG table all around it.. and on the opposite corner, you install THAT table saw..
you often see this setup in cabinet/small millwork shops.it’s common to see 2 powermatic model 66’s, facing each other with a big table separating them.
It looks like you have A LOT of space.. so you can totally fit a small sliding table saw in ( Grizzly tool) and then have that other saw on the opposite corner.. cutting small stuff, strips..
… no more track saw…

Так то шведские цвета довольно спокойные для оборудования, у нас в промышленности столько желто-голубого сочетания при покраске, что не замечаешь пока не ищешь.
Столешница и так немного в желтизну отдаёт, если вы ещё светло-желтый фартук поверх столешницы добавите то будет вообще прекрасно.

Use Blum Tandembox S Steel drawer runners with either white or black melamine/melteca bottoms and backs. Making drawers like this is so 80's. Plus Blum system 32 hinge jigs along with soft close hinges. They along with Salice, HETTICH and Grass have an extensive range of hardware and jigs to suit.
