Galactose and mannose differ at C2 and C4 so they are not epimers. I think we should add no. of carbons of glycerol also with three Fatty acids to calculate no. of carbons and to calculate H atoms, according to general formula of fatty acid CnH2n+1COOH wew should use and subtract 4 H atoms from it.
