The call was too early though. Just because they were lucky enough to get it right doesn't mean that it was safe to call it. You realize they called it when Biden had a 7 point lead and it shrunk all the way down to 0.3%- there's no way they could've known with enough confidence that Trump wouldn't close the gap on election night.
