I live for the varying levels of depth you got with the cream to powder brown eyeshadow. Matte eyeshadows can sometimes look flat and powdery but these have some oomph, some grunge, some richness to them. Combined with the shimmers? *chef’s kiss* I need a grungy deep red with this type of formula so I can live my best beetlejuice lydia life. This look reminds me a lot of what I have been seeing people do with the natasha denona bronze palette as well!

Btw, you and Joe were hanging out in my dream yesterday, alongside a former colleague and some people I haven't thought about since I left school. 😂 You had an extraordinary flamenco solo in the foyer / amphitheatre of a grand old abandoned hotel - of course you'd attached tap plates to your platform sandals for added drama! I think it's hilarious that Joe is able to turn up in your viewers' dreams despite his presence on your channel being almost 100% mysterious trousers and vehicle for Sadie.
I don't know for keto bread, but I'm intrigued by the handsome soldier with a canoe paddle on the box. I'm all about marketing like that. There is a brand of seitan that has a handsome Victorian looking gentleman with mutton chops on the box and I always get that brand.

After all summer long, you have returned to the wallpaper corner! I think it is nice to get out from behind a table. That palette is a nice palette. Such pretty colors. Some people are hesitant to zoom up close to their face but I have to say you have a beautiful complexion and not one line or wrinkle has popped up. I think the choice of skin care products makes a big difference.
Yay! Back at the vanity for a minute! I love me some almond flour products. I very rarely eat real bread (although I bake it like mad in the winter for my wife and friends because it feels like true self care) and I love to experiment with almond flour for baking things like savory cheese crackers. Super easy and divine! I'm so excited to see you review this mascara since your mascara taste is probably the closest to mine.

Hi Hannah! Loved the look! You actually gave me inspiration to use my metropolis palette again! I neglected it because of the Bronze palette! I love the Metropolis, I agree that there are some shades I do consider redundant. But I found the colour story overall very interesting. I'm in live with the variety of formulas especially the cream to powder. I don't think they are bouncy like the alter ego one. But they are beautiful too! I even love how gracefully they fade during the day. I recreated your look today. It's gorgeous. Thanks Hannah, like always! Xxx

I think the full Rephr sets are available but on serious back order, but the brushes in the concept store (my favorite thing) are shipping out super fast. And the concept store is wonderful for those of us with beefy brush collections. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rephy brushes.

Dude, I love weird bread. Ezekiel bread, Trader Joe's nut and seed flatbreads, farmer's market spelt and green pea loaves, fuck. yes. I love whole grains (my gut takes no issue with 'em), but if you're vouching for a non-grain bread, then I'm intrigued.

Lauren Mae Beauty did a video in the ethics of dupe makeup that I really enjoyed, it was probably a year or two ago though. It's worth a watch but the point she made that really stuck with me was that as community we are really concerned with dupes of palettes or of packaging but when we find a blush that is a dupe of orgasm we sing it from the rooftops without a second a thought. I'm not trying to convert you, I honestly think this is the kind of issue that exists entirely in the gray and no one is definitively wrong. Her video, and that point in particular really helped me crystallize an opinion because before that I was a fence sitter.
There are valid concerns to both sides. 1. Natasha Denona did hire a professional makeup designer to put these colour stories together and just taking that intellectual property without paying the designer(s) isn't right. 2. Then again if I were ever to buy an eyeshadow palette, let's say the Gold palette, I'd sooner buy it from Alter Ego than ND. I just can't reconcile the feeling of wasting my hard earned money on such overpriced stuff when I don't need to.
@@Creamy_Goodness Also, I feel that even though the dupes are blatant copies, Alter Ego still had to work hard on their formula. They could've just copied the colors but they went an extra mile to formulate the textures and provide the palette at an affordable price. I'd say that even the packaging of the pallete doesn't look bad. That's a good achievement on their part.
Please, don't use natural hair brushes. It is purely vanity for torture. You probably wouldn't wear a fur coat for that reason (I hope) there are other, cruelty-free, effective ways to apply pigment to the skin that don't hurt animals. 💙
