The Suke Suke no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that gives its user the ability to turn themselves and whatever they touch (living or nonliving) invisible, making them a Clear Human (透明人間 Tōmei Ningen?, VIZ: "Invisible Man").
The Suke Suke no Mi's primary ability is to make the user invisible, but the user can also selectively turn anything they are in contact with invisible as well. Because of this ability, the user can spy on conversations and people without being detected as well as abduct people with no chance of being tracked. This also allows them to carry hidden weapons to attack with such as hand-strapped bazookas. Even an entire ship (though a small one) has been made invisible in order to make a concealed getaway.
I actually respect Moria here. Despite disadvantages,he still refuses to join BB because they killed his crew
Well actually he’d have a better advantage in the dark than in daylight. They clearly used mental tricks to get him off guard. If he wasn’t distracted he probably would’ve used his devil fruit to notice shiryus presence and he didn’t have his weapons. He may be the weakest warlord but he’s still a dangerous force to be reckoned with. You saw how shiryus sword cut him yet he is still standing. BB crew used tactics and morias weaknesses to capture him.

Shields should be useless against haki, but even Oden with advanced haki coudn't against against tate tate no mi. If Oda brings that to late anime, it's overpower. Black Beard wouldn't give a useless power to one of his strongest men, and because of that he can't swim. As we saw in Law x Black Beard, Blackbeard and crew almost lost against Law's crew, because all of his crew is akuma no mi's user.
But a good haki user with invisibility power is a threat. Like sanji used invisibility and even top fighters in wano couldn't detect him.
I think his invisibility offers some kind of camouflage against good observation haki users

people always ignored the fact that rayleigh was able to remove his presence and observation haki is all about sensing, if theres no presence to sense how can u predict? shiryu has displaying some fine speedblitzing movements plus he's called shiryu of the rain, perhaps he is a swift combatant who's stealthy and i supposed he can/will be able to remove his presence somehow either with some ability given by observation haki OR develop a new ability from his DF relating to removal of presence
ONLY advanced coo users will be able to reliably deal with that since they will foresee a future that shows where they ll get attacked from and respond accordingly, its the fight that oda will set up zoro to hone his observation haki skills to the next big tier

All his Crew has fruits, which makes me see that Kaido's phrase about Haki is very important, i.e. Blackbeard doesn't care or has very mediocre Haki, relying too much on the dark fruit
You sir is what's known as a clown as blackbeard was strong enough to be second commander of the whitebeard pirates(which means he probably had strong haki) and able to damage shanks without even having a devil fruit yet

In Amazon lilly he deflected the attack of S-Mihawk (seraphim modelled on Mihawk) by coating armament haki. The only doubt remain is about conqueror haki and as a yonko he might have it too.
Literally when first meet Luffy, Blackbeard surprise when Luffy tell about his bounty is 30 million berry.
Suprise bcs that too low for him, then when BB meet Luffy again at Impel Down, BB said haki Luffy increase a lot.

The ammo that absalom fires are also invisible even if it's no longer in contact of him, so i guess smoke shouldn't be an exception

His abilities are not useless to good Observation Haki users. Observation Haki becomes very weak if someone is emotionally agitated or unable to maintain focus, so forcing opponent to focus on observation is a hassle for them and is definitely helpful in combat.
Fortunatly Shiryu's most likely opponent really isn't that good with observation haki.

Props to Moria for standing up for his crew. Shiryu big mom and Blackbeard all most likely got their powers from cannibalism and Moria definitely needs to pay shiryu and blackbeard back for the pound of flesh he took from Absalom. I hope this doesnt end in another moria just died or was held prisoner but some actual buffs and character transformation

No, the shadow-less (as in, the ones who had their shadows stolen) are the ones that burn in sunlight, not the zombies or Moria.
I feel like if Shiryu awakened the Suke Suke No Mi everything would be invisible, his scent, the sound he makes, his temperature, etc.
And he could probably make his surroundings invisible as well (f.e.: allies close to him or ship he is on)

I really feel like fruits like this are really lame to be honest. At this point in the series where there's really strong competitors, this isn't really one of those fruits that are really useful. It's one of those fruits that was useful prior to Marineford.
