சாதி - ஒரு புரிதல் is a series of workshops initiated by Sasikant Senthil IAS (R). In the same series, India Younited NGO organized a workshop with Dr Shalini to understand caste with a psychological approach.

வரலாறு என்று நாம் ஒரு ஆயிரம் இரண்டாயிரம் வருடங்களை பேசிக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறோம். பரம்பரை என்று ஒரு விஷயமும் அதிகம் பேசுகிறோம்.
மனித வரலாறு சுமார் 4 லட்சம் வருடங்களுக்கு முன் துவங்குகிறது.
பரம்பரை என்பதன் விஞ்ஞான அர்த்தம் ஆழமானதாக இருக்கிறது. தமிழர்களாகிய நாம் யார்? எங்கிருந்து வந்தோம்? எப்படி இன்றைய நிலையை அடைந்தோம்?

Those who graduated in late 60s have studied the English text book tittled "Life and letters of Lord Macaulay". Further soon after the IPC was was formulated by Macaulay the first Indian punished for forgery was a Brahmin named Nandakumar. I am a BA graduate studied the above book in the year 1966-68. It is 100percent true. Thanks.
