Its a simple product for moisturizing. It will not help in oiliness or removing pimples. It is just meant to moisturuze. if that is your purpose then you can try it

I will suggest just use himalaya face wash and face scrub because i have same skin as urs and use very little of jonsons baby cream because it spread so easily so use jonsons cream just for moisturizer at night but little it make ur skin soft but not more than that..
