bordex mixture is a copper based fungicide prepared by mixture of copper sulphate and lime.
it is a useful fungicide for the control of powdery mildew of plants and bud rots. One percent bordexue mixture is prepared by mixing 1 kg of copper sulphate to 1 kg of calcium carbonate in 100 litre of water.
