Oh yes. I get mine close as possible too. Man looping function is one of the best helpers in getting yourself hours of fun and practice in one. Also helps you create. Great video Tony. Love the tones !!!!

I've only got the looper on my trusty old G3 but hardly used it. Definitely time to give it another go. Thanks Tony.

Many thanks my friend. I did a loop last night that was almost adequate.

This video was helpful. I don't think the effects can be changed when using the loop. Is that right?

Disregard, it's easy to switch the effects. Loop keeps running until hitting stop under loop function, but can switch to effects function in between. This is a great amplifier.

I have often wondered about loopers, and wonder how they work with effects. Presumably you have the effects before the looper so you can record the loop with one tone and jam over it with a different tone. That then brings up the question of clipping an effect such as delay or reverb on the loop point, meaning an abrupt end to the effect when the loop starts over. How do you work around that?

If you're doing it live in a performance you just have to let the effects cut off. If you are making a loop for recording or practicing then you can make your loop with in and out points then go back and overdub the final beat as it goes into the the beginning of the loop and let it trail, then punch out of the overdub. Works great that way.

@@tonyleeglenn that is great information Tony. Thanks. I do everything in my DAW as I only play as a hobby at home. I have thought about a looper and/or multi-effects pedal to make it possible to be portable.

Hey, a little off topic, but has anyone here had an issue of the amp cutting out it’s sound every now and then? I’ve tried firmware updates, resetting to factory and I’ve even replaced my cables. Nothing seems to solve this problem

I've never experienced that kind of problem. Very strange. I think I'd try to contact Fender support for this one. Hopefully they can rectify.
