Just don't understand what a flat and polish is if you could help
It’s wen you mildly us abrasive machine to flatten the imperfections in the paint work before polishing the car.
Machine buff and polish with special polish to take off the top oxidised layer of paint and bubbling. Usually brings the paintwork back to like new.
