Yes I watch a lot of your videos I'm getting ready to paint my 95 F250 XLT Extended Cab with 8ft bed which I purchased new I actually have the sealer on now I'll send it in the morning I say all that to let you know I purchased a bank gun the other day ws400 Evo base it's the Supernova you're probably familiar with this gun i already own the bellaria . I've decided to change my clear to the mat this is a metallic part of its bronze and part is gunmetal Grey sorry the comments so long thanks man i enjoy your videos

Great job! I did a bmw i8 about a month ago. New hood, bumper and new fender. Sprayed black first just like you. But also did it first since it would be easier to spot in the black if there was a bleed through of the pearl.

Lol shows how good of a painter you really are gabe. Your paranoid about your camera shutting off. Me = I'm paranoid I'm gonna get dirt in my base, in my clear, am I gonna run the clear, is my gun gonna shoot out some crap, is a dinosaur gonna land in my clear, is it gonna haze up on me.. my mind is goin 19388483 mph. Gabe = hope my camera is still recording (while painting a nice ass car.. not to mention 2 toning it.

Very awesome job! Weren't you worried to hit the black bumper panels with some white overspray from the fender @17:00 ? I was SO happy to see you had your gloves back at 35:00!! ;) and btw: Many times you're not wearing a mask, you know that waterbased is just as bad for your health as solvent, if not worse. Merry christmas to you and yours!
Not a biggie with the overspray haha and i wasnt wearing a mask because I wasn't spraying I always wear a mask when spraying I want to live long formy kids and grand kids and great grand kids:)

hey bro i realy love your work your extremely good at what you do ,i want to paint my project car pearl white and its already white but a little dull and and worn out ,i would realy appreciate it if you can walk me through the process of painting it without orange peels if you have the time to write back.my name is hank by the way.am not going down to metal though.
+smart box that's a loaded question haha I'm sure you can find lots of RUclips videos to give you an idea. But you got to sand it down fix chips and dents and things like that. Prime, sand then paint take all the handles and mirrors and moldings off unless you want to mask them off which I don't recommend. To paint without orange peel you need the right product I use ppg ec550 for a whole car but I have a bake booth so maybe ec520 would be better since its a faster clear and also using a good clear gun like an iwata ws400 or something equally good. Then cut and polish if you want to have no orange peel. Not sure I answered your question brother

+victor u hey brother a good way to start from us to open fluid all the way and pull the trigger without paint or pressure then turn turn turn until it makes your finger move just a little bit then with material and pressure 👉The fan from narrow tune turn turn until it's wide and it doesn't get bigger then stop turning hope that makes sense you might have to read it a few times haha

Hi man. I would like to say that you make such an incredible job in what you do. I have followed you for a long time ago and I have seen your videos which had helped me a lot. Now that I am writing, I would like to make you a question to know your point of view and It could be difficult to answer. As a painter, we will follow the bounds on the car´s surface with our sight and our hands, but regarding robots, they follow a coordinated movement. Do robots make overpainting on the surface and we can avoid to make those errors and improve places where robots can not?! Thank you, man and I´ll be waiting for your answer.

When you turned the lights out and used the portable light, was that just a standard flash light? I have missed spots before and this could be really helpful, thanks.

What is the difference in spraying base with the sata rp and hvlp?
+Clearthur Williams the HVLP is made more for base high volume low pressure which is why they are mostly used for base. For me I rather use the RP for base and far as the technicalities of it I'm sure some guys here will be able to direct you in the right direction 😊
Right now all my guns are teknas but I've actually been wanting to try out the walcom for a long time it seems like a great gun
