Don't purchase any redmi or Xiaomi mobiles ... I purchased Xiaomi 13 pro on Oct 2023..changed mother board for issue under warranty they take 50 days .. And I again my back camera lens got damaged... I visited Erode service center jan 18 2024... Till now i am waiting for spares almost 60days gone... In 6 months I used my mobile happily only 2 months... 2 months in erode service center for mother board change... And 2 months camera lens damaged I can't scan any QR code in shop... With my 80000/* mobile... No response from Xiaomi customer care and service center... I I'll attach all my proofs

I can't scan or taking photos...80000/* phone... Wasted hard earned money... So don't waste your money in selecting mi phones.. Mobile purchased on 5/10/23 within 5 months I changed motherboard 2 times.....under warranty....for mother board change also i hand over mobile to Erode service center solidly 45 days.... During that 45 days i used my old damaged Mobile... Purchased 80000/- mobile and using damaged old mobile.... When I purchased new mobile i am happy with speed.and high quality camera photos... After mother board change I feel my mobile is not satisfactory.... So I need replacement of new mobile..still warranty 8 months available...
