both server have there own settings. when we do migration then we cant do username and cpanel setting migration without root user. the only hosting provider of new cpanel can do that for you. If you where customer of DomainRacer. in that case, we will do migration without worry. Please do communicate with hosting provider if not have much knowledge about technical part. in video we try our best to share simplest possible way. Hopefully will assist you this.

in this case, you can ask your new provider to change username. they can do that since it is fresh cpanel created. in this way, you can do migration easily by following video guide. About migration, you can also ask your hosting provider. In DomainRacer case, we do from our end to avoid user issues.

But if you are using cpanel then we do transfer if our customer purchase cpanel VPS from DedicatedCore.com, About backup, cPanel if you are using then you will get only one file i.e. full backup of entire account. this will be sufficient for transfer to new server.

brother how should i change my database name , for example , my original SQL file name is : shieldf1_sxlse.sql but when i bought name cheap hosting in there default prefix in database is : shiedkds_ so how should i make shieldf1 as orginal now.? this is the problem in namecheap prefix is getting added like shiedkds_shieldf1_sxlse.sql so it making this all...
in this case, do have support with tech of namecheap and ask them to reset cpanel and give username as you wish. so you can easily restore. also you can give them backup file, they will restore enter cpanel for you. If you copy the full cpanel files over to the new host cpanel, then why cant its just copy all the old db usernames and cpanel settings over?
