Thanks for the new clip ! We were in sorrow ! It is so sad, so moving to hear the airraid - sirens in the background. We hope You are safe and that You are not enlisted to a military duty.
3:10 I love your celebratory arm swing. I tend to do the same thing. First time I have seen someone else do it too. Now I will think of you after each cut with my Ryoba
This is a beautiful piece!!!! It's also an excellent illustration of the fact that any maker can craft a beautiful piece using basic hand tools. It seems that over the years, influencers from as far back as the New Yankee Workshop (1990s in the US) focused much of their craftsmanship around power tools, leaving us believing that we needed power to be effective. In reality, power tools are designed simply to help us be more productive - they generally don't improve our skills. Learning to use hand tools is an excellent foundational skill for any woodworker. In fact, developing solid skills with unpowered hand tools will translate to much more effective use of your power tools. There is also an intimacy between the maker and the wood that comes with handwork that you don't find with a power tool. Please stay safe!
As always a real beauty to watch you work! You are such an artist! Never stop making these videos! So inspiring! Slowly switching to hand tools because of you! Stay safe
Never stop making these. You’re truly an artist at your craft. I went out and got a few hand tools because of you and your videos. Liked the new camera work too
@@VivienLEGER I’ve used power tools for 5-7 years and I’ve been a contractor to my wife but this is more for me lol. Looking to pick up a nice set of chisels, any recommendations?
The friction fit from the handles did it for me! i make furniture for a living, but i wish i had the patience to do it like this. sadly my ptsd not allowes it. but than again it took time and loads of mistakes and fustration to make it with modern machines too. You are an artist and i love your glue pots. i always start my day with watching some youtubes videos to get me in the right mind setting, and yours helped a lot. Thanks for that.
Very nice video and another beautiful creation. The combination of beautiful craftsmanship and the beautiful music make this a therapeutic experience. Thank you for sharing.
Excelente trabajo. Te felicito.
I love how you attached the handles. I’m sure there are easier ways to do it, but this was elegant and clever, and made use of the strength in the grain. Great job. Keep safe.
Lovely work! Thanks for sharing! Can you tell me what you think of the Veritas back saw? I’m thinking of getting one, not sure if I should consider that or other backsaws.
It's really nice to see you work in these videos even if in this one the siren had a certain effect... However, we can see that you like working with wood and that it conveys much more to you than what can be seen ^__^. P.S. Were you a little irritated or was that just my impression? :P
Just out of curiosity, why did you use the battery powered drill to make the holes for the handrail and not do it with hand tools? It seems a bit out of character for your videos. Were you messing with us?

This made the start of my day! So calming and your work is just great! Thank you for sharing and motivating me to do this some day.
Merci infiniment.
Excelente trabajo, metódico, detallado y perfeccionista, acompañado de bonita música relajante. Gran enseñanza. Gracias!
I love that you use sandpaper sparingly, if at all. A planed surface is much more beautiful. Keep up the great work.

What I do after a day in the office! thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks for another wonderful video. I pray for you and your family's safety. God bless you.
true craftsmanship. Very beautiful piece.
It amazes me every time I watch someone using hand tools in wood working. It's artistry to me.
What a lovely video. Proves that there is no reason why something as simple and ordinary as a tool box cannot be a beautiful object. Cheers.
Very nice video and another beautiful creation. The combination of beautiful craftsmanship and the beautiful music make this a therapeutic experience. Thank you for sharing.

Parfait!
Nice tool box and very good optic.
I have a generell question: Which glue you use?
I have to ask, the squares that you have, did you make those?
Beautiful work as always! Can you tell who makes your wonderful roll out tape measure?
Awesome workmanship. What type of tape measure do you use?
BMI meter (BMI stopper)
Would love to know where you got the burner and stand from.
Wow, nice job, what are the wood species of that project?

The way you move, it took you a week to make a simple box! I wonder how long it takes to do a more complicated job!!!
I could watch him make toothpicks, for 4 hours straight!
I wish woodworking videos could be more about woodworking, instead of showing off your videography skills and other things not related to woodworking.
