    Very well-informed gentelman.
    The big concern, however, is the effort (or lack of) Dihlabeng municipality to supply water during that period to towns such as Bethlehem, Kestell, etc. As it is, they are currently struggling to supply water to those towns.

    Just the comment on all the dam's being 100%. The Vaal is at 63% today, bearing in mind it's the end of the tain season.. Hopefully all the other dam's are at higher levels

    Why KZN don't get the same water with Gauteng, I buy spring water in KZN, Tap water is not good.

      No water is safe. In Johannesburg, my daughter spent a week in hospital for eColi poisoning as well as a college in Pretoria. Sewage gets into the water. The only place I may drink tap water if desperate is maybe Cape Town.
