- Stronghold Crusader 2 will come out in 2014 and I need to be prepared for it,because of that I started to warm myself up and began to play Stronghold Crusader HD,wish me luck and don't forget to like and favorite this video.
Stronghold: Crusader is the successor to Firefly Studios's 2001 game Stronghold. Crusader has much in common with the original Stronghold, but differs from its predecessor in the fact that the game is no longer set in a pseudo-Europe, instead being set in the Middle East during the Crusades. The game features a multitude of new Arabian units that can be purchased in a new building, the mercenary post. Though the Arabian troops do not require any resources to produce, they are rather expensive. The game was also released as Stronghold Warchest. This version was a compendium of Stronghold and an enhanced version of Stronghold: Crusader, containing additional characters and an additional Crusader Trail.
Stronghold Crusader features several real-time strategy campaign strings. These document the First, Second and Third Crusade, as well as conflicts within the individual Crusader states. Each campaign comprises several battles, such as Nicaea, Heraclea, siege of Antioch, Krak des Chevaliers and the Siege of Jerusalem. The game also features the Crusader Trail, a series of 50 linked missions against various opponents. Stronghold Warchest adds one more Crusader Trail, consisting of 30 linked missions.

My play was quite easy. I destroyed Emit at the beginning with assassins. Next i build my base. There were a few attacks from Pig with couple of xbowmen and macemen. Nizar moated himself pretty early and blocked from stone and meadows so he was only throwing like 5 archers. I walled myself at the bottom, placed towers at the top of my place and on right to kill opponents small groups.
I dont understaand how you could rush Emir, he produces a ton of arab-swordmen and i cant destroy the merc outpost in time and he kills my assassins.
@@ucube33i slowed game to minimum, hovels first, stockpile, armory, bought arms, put baracks and started producing troops. He had a few horsemen archers. Sometimes timing is very important for rushes in later maps. For example, waiting for more peasants is inefficient, so they should appear while you doing the rest stuff
@@Cesarski I managed to kill emir that way now, but I cant ramp up my base because i get swarmed by enemy assassins and their bowmen just kills my base, this mission is such a pain in the ass it is unbelievable.
I think you do something wrong. Maybe record your play?
In my game the Emir and Nazir sent me alot of assassin, i didnt saw any in this video .. only some on enemy keep .. thats weird.. btw I used almost same tactic to finish this mission, but i dig the upper side and placed wall + tower in downside so assassin cant pass walls... and the pig sent me alot of ironman (how u call it?) =D.

One of the most difficult missions for me (UCP difficulty kicking in). I got killed at least twice. One square tower blocks off the south exit. Then I put one in the north once I had the stone. The key was for me to enclose my keep; first couple times I left a space and got overrun by assassins and macemen. Challenging due to the money imbalance (slow start).

What version of this has that little power bar that fills up over time in the top right corner?
I think some of the historical campaign missions do that.

How do you change the troops with buttons ?
Assign controls with Ctrl + 1/2/3/4/5 and then press 1/2/3/4/5 to get those troops instantly which u assigned.
How do you destroy the buildings of your ally? I can't destroy them and that sucks^^

he will destroy it himself because the workers cant reach it
