does your diet change from pre season to in season?
Good question. Definitely does. Don’t eat as much during season because the training demands are a lot less. Just have to fuel up for games and post games instead of doing it everyday during pre season.
Do you feel like there is an issue in over training? I feel like Australian sports can go a bit too hard comparing to American sports
Well the cowboys trained very hard in 2022 and made the prelim, then didn’t train hard in 2023 and missed finals. What does that tell you?
Mmm good question! It can definitely happen but not at our club.

@@alexstoneman7195they had a shorter pre season lots of games 2022 and then the world cup represting players so they missed pre season, squad stuffed around and suspensions
