After escaping the hospital, Matt, Sam, and Woods are determined to discover what's on the tape they found in Syntec Location #3. The tape is labelled 08/06/03, what could it mean? Is this where it all started? There's only one way to find out, but in order for the team to watch it, they need to find a VHS Player. The team wasn't ready for what they uncovered on this tape... a murder. What will this new startling discovery lead to?

I was never mad at Matt for not watching the tape. I understood the fast pace circumstances. However, I'm a still a little frustrated that when he found them he didn't immediately say it was a trap. He could have mentioned the note immediately before the 2nd tape was even mentioned. And it could have saved them a lot of trouble.

He also saved Woods and that right there is what you call a dad
It was so emotional! Sam actually started having panic attack, that was probably not part of the script and they were messing with actual chemicals

This was awesome! That monster tape was so cute and best of all, that VHS tape's ending was amazingly haunting.
I love how they’re just taking it easy while also trying to accomplish their goal. It goes to show that they’ve realized that they don’t need to rush everything and they can just be themselves still, even with everything going on.
Matt is saying there’s nothing wrong with him but he never acts like this! He’s all goofy and silly. It’s like he’s high. It’s definitely the serum.

Lil woods its honestly the cutest. I just want to give him a hug. I feel bad that adult woods is so embarrassed by it. I wish I was cool enough to think of that at that age. I wrote pages and pages of garbage that I couldn't even keep. A voice recording is like a capsule of what makes kids so great.

I have a feeling they didn’t film the escape at the location, a lot of people wanted to see the escape… they didn’t have access to film there again so they just ADR’d a quick script to fill in the blank.

Wow this is one of my favorite episodes of season two! I love the pacing, the old vlog style that they used to do in the beginning of this, and the not super seriousness of this episode. This is one of the most realist episodes of season 2. And I love it

I can’t stop thinking about the end of the trap tape. I figured there had to be something about Matt’s mind getting warped but the scientist dude welcoming deb to their side confirms it. Saying you’ll know what to look for in addition the documents we’ve already seen indicates that they can use mind control to get what they want and from what we’ve seen they won’t hold back when it comes to their goals. My theory is that was Nelson who shot Wes and then left him there, after few minutes Deb see him in car and injects him with the serum cuz maybe that would be the only possible way she could save him (since its life's serum) and then Wes starts to lose himself cuz the serum is still is in early stages ...unstable
