Yes, Quetzalcoatl is a side project by the Kukulcan Members, they also played on Ecos Paganos & Comando de Exterminio. Quetzalcoatl is Folk Ambient/Acoustic, Ecos Paganos is Neo-folk, Ambient. Maybe de project that use both elements is Ueue-yaoyotl.
