Nick looks so much healthier then he used to. I love how fast they have managed to build up a really nice memorable discography, they’ve always taken their influences from the past and gave them a cool modern-futuristic twist

I only found Pond a couple weeks ago after I randomly found ‘Paint Me Silver’ and fell in love instantly. Fell in love with this instantly too. I also love listening to them when I’m smoke a joint.

Ruby Loof I love how although we might not fully understand the lyrics, the words he chose really stick out and are punchy and memorable, that’s a way to make great songs, Bowie and John Lennon did stuff like that all the time

Nick Allbrook is slowly becoming one of my favorite singers of all time.
It happened pretty quickly for me once I really started getting into them, which was what initially took time for me back in 2016. Once the first few singles from The Weather came out and blew me away, I dived into their entire discography up to that point and fell in love.
This song sounds like a hymn to life. It fulfills me with optimism. I love these guys.

What makes them so special is that they don’t take themselves too seriously... they’re keeping it light and having fun which makes the music fun and liberating. I can’t even tell if this whole video is a joke or not because Nick is such a goofball.
The fun, "poppy" music in stark contrast with the sometimes dark lyrics make for a winning combination. I don't think this video is meant as a joke though. Sure, Nick's having fun and dancing around, but the lyrics and location where they filmed say otherwise. It's not like the video for Zond.
