You're so right about Stray Kids always coming out with songs that set them apart from the rest of their peers. I feel like, as of recently, most kpop has made a concerted effort to conform to trends to some degree. While this produces songs that are viral hits and very easy to like and repeat, I don't know if its particularly inovative. Many groups run the risk of being lost in the sauce and sounding like eachother. I'm glad that Stray Kids have committed themselves to being unique in their musical identity. While it certainly has created many haters, it has also gained them a captive audience. There are very few groups now-a-days where I think "I wonder what crazy sound they will deliver next?" For the most part, it's just Stray Kids that seem to be keeping everyone on their toes.
I love the way they play with the words and this time they dare to use a nursery rhyme in the middle of this strangely chaotic and awesome song. And the references about their own work are not subtle. You can listen Venon at the beggining, characters from God's Menu, Thunderous and Maniac. They are alchimists. Love your reaction. That's how the world is looking at them. In an awe.

This whole album is zesty. Like some of the songs are just... And yeah Chan in particular this comeback is serving unusually zesty vibes.
