    Im a judo guy from australia and i have greek background in the first one he said the correct way is to pull the arm up and out like we were looking at our wrist watch at the time

      I didnt understand him either, but it was probably something like this:
      First mistake: Don't pull down or straight, pull his sleeve up to your head.
      Second mistake: When you pull your opponent dont lean back and dont stand on your heels. Lean forward with a straight back and your weight on your toes. Also dont stand straight up, lean a little bit forward, slightly crouched.
      Third mistake: Don't place your ass at his groin. You have to lift him up from a lower position. If you connect too high, you cant lift him up.
      Fourth mistake: Don't throw him straight over your body. Bend down in a twisting motion.
      As I said I have no Idea what he said and I am also no Judo pro, but that is what I imagine he said (roughly). Hope this helped.
