Have you got that mounted the wrong way round. and what's with the top bolt removed??.
According to the box on my Blue ones. they're installed facing opposite way to these.?

Yo creo que lo instalo mal el candado ya que si se cae a un hoyo o queda la rueda en el aire no hará la función de alargarse o quizás lo haga no se si logrará pasar el soporte que va al paquete de resortes entre medio de los dos soportes sin dañar estos

I don't think so, if you want to increase lift, it's better to choose Adjustable shackle
