Ya I like aluminum also, you can fix them on the fly a lot more easily. They have been great poles for me and I've really been testing them ski touring lately. Impressive for ultralight poles!
@@naturenate7117 Kaviso, the US supplier sells the lower section w/ the carbide tip. For some reason they don't sell the tip. It is sold in Europe but shipping is very high.
