I talked to someone last night who is so tied into the flesh. I used to be involved with him and I'm so thankful God has changed my heart for I no longer have any desires to go against my body and God's temple in that way anymore. This message resonates with me so much because there are at least one place, and one particular ex that I need to completely distance myself from before it's too late. Ihave a dear friend that I'm friends with for years and I feel it's time to separate from this person, but I don't want to because we have been friends for yrs. I'm in a weird situation now because this video explained everything down to the tee of what I'm going through right now. My friend loves to speed drive, and I feel she doesn't care who's in her car. She just loves speed. She cuts people off and all. I know this was a warning for me and for her. And now imbput in a position where my faith is being truly tested. This is my first ever experiencing something so heavy placed on my heart as if the lord wants me to warn her too. The lord is letting me know that if I keep being hanging with her that my life will be in danger. I have been feeling heavy hearted around her. I don't feel like we on the same page anymore and it's time dor me to go. Listening to this lady made me realize that I'm also putting her in danger because the devil is using her to get to me, and it can cost both our lives. NEVER EVER in my life have the lord placed something so heavy on my heart like this video did and now that I'm seeking the lord with all my heart I have to be obedient, and it's scary because I don't even know whay it means and how to go about it. I've been pondering about how I perceived God's will, and my normal perspective is that to be of service to the people around me, to be the light, and when Barbie mentions in this video that the devil doesn't want us to carry out God's will in general and His will in our lives. I remembered what the Holy Spirit told me about it, that it is not always about others, if I respect God's will I should be able to respect His will in my life as well. That if I was made able to be a vessel of good works by God, I should be able to do that with the plans that God has in my life. I then noticed, that a lot of the things that I wanted to do, or the desire that God has put in my heart to do are postponed because I am always afraid of outgrowing the people around me. If I was able to respect God's will on others, I should respect His will in my life, and it would mean a life lived with purpose. I don't really mean it in a very selfish way where God is not going to be the center of it all, but it is also important that we won't be deprived of doing the things that will help us in the long run, like self care or in a bigger matter could also mean removing yourself from a very toxic place. Because sometimes when we serve God we forget that we have a relationship with Him, and serving Him is not only for His Glory, but also for our own good and the plans that God has in our lives. Again, this is not something self-centred.
Truth be told, the enemy came to steal, kill and destroy. But the Lord cam that we may have life and have it more abundantly. God be for us who can be against us. Lord Jesus arise and defend your chosen in this hour. Fight our battles for they are more with us, than they with them. With them is flesh, with us is our Lord.

I've been pondering about how I perceived God's will, and my normal perspective is that to be of service to the people around me, to be the light, and when Barbie mentions in this video that the devil doesn't want us to carry out God's will in general and His will in our lives. I remembered what the Holy Spirit told me about it, that it is not always about others, if I respect God's will I should be able to respect His will in my life as well. That if I was made able to be a vessel of good works by God, I should be able to do that with the plans that God has in my life. I then noticed, that a lot of the things that I wanted to do, or the desire that God has put in my heart to do are postponed because I am always afraid of outgrowing the people around me. If I was able to respect God's will on others, I should respect His will in my life, and it would mean a life lived with purpose. I don't really mean it in a very selfish way where God is not going to be the center of it all, but it is also important that we won't be deprived of doing the things that will help us in the long run, like self care or in a bigger matter could also mean removing yourself from a very toxic place. Because sometimes when we serve God we forget that we have a relationship with Him, and serving Him is not only for His Glory, but also for our own good and the plans that God has in our lives. Again, this is not something self-centred.
