Hello Dr I am currently on ISDIN sunscreen as I am into outdoor events so I wanted something which is waterproof and non irritating to my eyes though this has been working great for my oily skin I am constantly looking for cheaper alternatives. I purchased this 1% HA Tinted gel sunscreen after watching your video. I hope this suits my skin and doesn’t irritate my eyes.
Also please consider making video on waterproof, sweat proof sunscreen specially for outdoor activities ⛅️ ☀️ 🌞🧴
Thank you :)
Hey! I’ll definitely take your suggestions in consideration and make a video on sweatproof sunscreens!☺️
@@Dr.Clearhue wow thank you so much, also just an update TDC 1% HA Tinted Gel Sunscreen is working great the only downside is its not sweat proof so when I know I will be having a sweaty day then I carry my ISDIN. I would love use both but mixing Sunscreen I suppose is not recommended. Thank you doc once again continue making interesting content ❤️🙏🏽
This was bestest video,THANKU
Also, pls mention if Oxybenzone is really harmful to the skin or not.Almost all sunscreens I have used and loved contain Oxybenzone and I don’t know whether to repurchase.Right now i’m passing my days by using my mum’s 1% Hyaluronic gel sunscreen lol I’m about to order mine but i’m not sure whether I should get it.
You should absolutely repurchase the sunscreen! Oxybenzone In sunscreen formulations is not dangerous it’s all fear mongering
Perfect video as always 🤌🏻❤️
Sunscreen is like another skin now a days😍 really glad u guide us here
Sis using tinted sunscreen will not effect my acne ??? Is it ok to use tinted sunscreen everyday ???
Hey! Yes it’s absolutely fine just don’t forget to wash it off every night!☺️
Can combination skin type people use these sunscreens ?
Hey! Thanks so much for the review, this was really helpful :) I started following you only recently and I'm so happy I did. Love the way you review and give a rounded explanation as well. I actually had 2 questions, if you could help me. I'm going on a high-altitude trek next week and wanted to buy a good sunscreen that has good filters and high protection. I have an oily-combo skin type and the Derma Co Tinted sunscreen has piqued my interest since you've spoken so highly of it. My questions were:
1. Are both Zinc Oxide and Titanium dioxide photostable filters? Since I'll be at quite a high altitude, I was looking for filters that are photostable.
2. Is the formulation water & sweat resistant? Again since I'll be trekking I'm looking out for a comfortable sweat and water-resistant sunscreen that's light enough for my oily-combo skin so that I can keep re-applying.
If not, could you suggest a sunscreen that's photostable, water & sweat resistant and has high protection - for oily-combo skin.
Sorry for the super long message and thanks for creating the wonderful content that you do.
Hey Shruti! Thank you so much for all the kind words I appreciate you so much ♥️
To answer your query
1) Yes! Both zinc and titanium dioxide are highly photo stable but reapplication every 3 hours is still suggested.
2) the sunscreen doesn’t claim to be water resistant but on me it was completely sweat resistant. Sweat is water soluble too so the sunscreen might work well with water stability as well though again, Reapplication is key!
I hope you have the best time on your trek!! Have a great trip ♥️
@@Dr.Clearhue Thanks so much for getting back to me and for all the info. This was big help :) Look forward to all your future content.

Is it safe to use the 1% Hyaluronic acid sunscreen gel with Tretinoin?I use tret at night ofc but since my skin’s acting a little irritated due to tret(i’ve been using it only since a week)This sunscreen does not affect my skin right now but I’m not sure whether I should continue
And yes definitely use a good sunscreen like this one in the morning! Tretinoin will make you very photosensitive it’s best you never forget using your sunscreen in the morning and this one is good enough

derma co tinted sunscreen pills of like hell, which is a waste of money
Hey! I’m so sorry it didn’t work for you! It’s silicone based so I’m guessing it would pill up with stickier or more silicone based primers or moisturisers though I didn’t experience the same but I hope you find yourself a good sunscreen ♥️
