No because then you would spin the Diablo in the opposite direction. Hence you are “normally” pulling with the right hand(giving the first circular push with the right hand) you are giving the Diablo a counter clockwise spin. Obviously people who use the left hand are you doing the reverse.
Bro when i try to do the chinese acceleration pulls my string somehow wraps around the axel or hits the diabolo cups or both. You say that you need to keep the diabolo and string paralell to each other, but how do you do it when its high up in the air? Something always goes wrong when i try this. I am literally crying rn😢

Check the axle. If its a bearing its ok. If its fixed axle, itll be harder but still ok
You say it so fast, but it sounds like you are saying Diablo and not Diabolo. (dia-boh-loh) or (diab-oh-loh)
