    Can you please have him write books on these topics so we can educate our black people across the world who desperately need this understanding?

    This is still by far one of the best conversations AfroSavvy has ever had. Powerful content. Incredible delivery. Liberating and empowering on top of being educational.

    I love that MKhulu touched on the different creation stories, the popular narrative is that there is one creation story and was stolen from Egypt when in fact there are as many creation stories as their are tribes/nation's/races which are influenced by geography and culture.

      In Katiopa ( Africa before the invasions), people were organized in Initiatic Schools, not in tribes/ races/ nations...

    A person has more than 8 totems to start with because everyone has 2 grandmothers and two grandfathers who also had 2 grandfathers and 2 grandmothers, how can one identify the predominant one in the genes?

    • @NKiani
      @NKiani Год назад

      I’d suppose it would be the most recent ones ie from your mother/father? Perhaps in some cases grandparents because genetics sometimes skip a generation which is why sometimes your children might look like your parents instead of you and your spouse.
      So if you know your parents totems and theirs you’d know yours & your spouse and work out where your characteristics lie etc
      In Zimbabwe we take our fathers totem but I’d imagine they are both equally important.
