How to insert records into MongoDB on the submission of the Google form?

Just do simple 3 step to set up:
Service Configuration: Choose an application, establish connection, and
select the action that you want to perform on form submission.
Mapping: Map form fields with corresponding app fields to ensure correct entry of data into your application.
Notification (optional): Get notified via Google Chat, Email etc., on successful entry in your application.

this method isn't working after closing the tool. When u close the tool it deletes all the mapping done previously. So this method isn't helpful at all 🤡
