I have a similar problem with over obsessing about how much food I eat and how often I work out. For a long time I had a really hard time losing weight and ever since I found workouts that work for me and started loosing the wait, I tend to over obsess over the amount of food I eat. I’m trying to get better at it though and it’s nice to hear that I’m am not alone. 👍❇️☺️❤️

I'm finding out too that genetics and age play a big part in the gym after starting back three months ago. Some many guys struggle with their mid-section so you're not alone there. You would love Australia! Perth is a lot like Seattle. Sydney and Melbourne was nice too. I stayed with relatives for 3 months after graduating high school. I also stayed in the outback 450 km from Sydney. It was awesome! First you and Lia need to do your USA tour or as I like to call it, a Joel and Lia fan tour. Thanks for another great video!
